We are trying to get the 4th Axis working and it is configured as the X,Y and Z Axis's that are
working fine, but we get no signal from the Board to the DMM DYN4 Drive.

We are trying to figure out the where the ZRI+ pin 9 and ZRI- pin 1 on DMM DYN4 DB9 cable
goes to when connecting to the ENC1 DB9 cable connection on the Acorn6 Board.

Question for Shawn,

When trying to Run the DMM Dyn4 Test like in the below, should the Dyn4 still be hooked up
to Acorn6 Control?

I changed IN14 from NC to NO on the "Axis1DriveOk" and now
the Dyn4 no longer Faults.

This is an Acorn6 and the Wiring Diagram S15164.r1 shows connecting
the Axis1 to the Input14 as seen in the attachment below. I am only following
what Centroid has provided. If it really should be ...

Ok, so we Removed DriveOk from input 5.

1) Then we Tested Axis 1 "X" which is also DMM1 of the Dyn4 Driver and upon powering up
everything the Green LED on DMM1 comes on upon Reset on the VCP.

2) When we try to Move X+ or X- we get an Message 9025 Axis 1 Drive Fault Detected.

Pressing Reset on ...

Here are the Settings for Input and Output currently and the Report.

In5 NC DriveOk
In8 NC Estop
IN14 NC Axis1DriveOk

Out1 NoFaultOut
Out16 Drive Reset

Sorry, I stated the Wrong Type of Estop...

It is a Dual Normally Closed Type as I purchase it from Centroid.

I changed the Setting in the Wizard and it is all back to working now including the Magnetic Contactor..

So now on to configure the DMM Dyn4 to the Acorn6.

1) I set Output 1 in the Wizard to "nofaultout"

and Restarted CNC12.

The Reset button in the VCP now does Nothing,

But, if it Push the Manual E-Stop the Contact Engages and the E-Stop is Removed. Exactly
the Opposite of what we want.

And Input 8 which is E-Stop is set to NO as ...
