Sounds like the switch isn’t changing state every time you trip it. Can you trip the switch manually and see what happens? Assuming they are normally closed then there could be chips or something like that in the switch or maybe the machine isn’t contacting the plunger enough. Gary

Yeah your probably right. Manual trips work fine. I switched out the terminal in the switch, but I will check again and see if the installation was no t right.

I adjusted the -y limit switch and reset software limit. Saved rebooted and reattempted system test. Passed System Test!

Video of first cuts posted. Very pleased with the performance so far.
On another note, my servos are getting a bit too warm, what should I adjust to reduce this? Thanks

I lowered the Kp from 1.0 to 0.8, which appeared to help a little, but can anyone give any advice on how best lower the temp on the servos? Everything works fine, but temp is warmer than id like. I ran the auto tune during setup and after putting in the recommended numbers for kp 1.0, ki 0.004,and kd 3.0
