Yes I have com3 on the bob.
Now from that time we almost changed again and went through all the wiring maybe it was something coming from our side but found nothing and the problem still there.
It is funny and frustrating at the same time that centroid don't try and fix these kind of issues.i assume that it is something going on with the BOB.
Anyone from centroid is keen to help pls?
Thanks

Re: 9115 usb input setup fault
i tried to send an e mail but from what i see you can only ask for tech support if you pay
and to be honest i dont feel i have to pay for tech support of this nature.it not about money cause if i know that i pay and solve the issue im fine to pay
my issue i that i choose the centroid this time over the linux as wanted to make the process faster but looks like i was wrong.when i donr linux retrofits i never had this kind of issues.
so that is why i wish that someone from centroid can jump in with a hand

Re: 9115 usb input setup fault
Hello, sorry for the delay.
We've managed to reproduce it internally and are actively working on fixing this issue and several other fixes and improvements for USBBOB.

Re: 9115 usb input setup fault
Hello,
This fix is target to be included in CNC12 version 5.40.0. The software upgrade is currently in the testing process so I do not have a definite date for when it will be available.
