Re: Hickory - Slave axis moves independently (BUG?)

Parameter 218 allows you to define which axes can be controlled by the WMPG.
You currently have it set to 15 allowing axes 1, 2, 3, and 4 to be commanded.
Changing it to 7 will allow it to control only axes 1, 2, and 3.

Re: Is it possible?

Yes this is entirely possible.
The CNC12 software can be installed for free on as many computers as you want.
And you can even have CNC12 Router AND CNC12 Lathe installed on the same PC as well.
For this type of situation you will want to have a Router AND Lathe License.

Re: DOA!!! Not a Happy Bunny

Here is the page on our website for "debricking" the BBG: https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_diy/acorn_debricker.html
If the BBG seems to be the issue you can get a replacement BBG, flash the firmware onto it, and give it a try.
As a last resort we do offer an Acorn swapout program where you send ...

Re: Build Thread for Bridgeport Torq-Cut 30

You'll need to scroll down, the entire wizard screen is not being displayed.
Use the scroll bar on the far right so you can see the outputs at the bottom of the list:

Re: Build Thread - Shariff DMC2 Retrofit to Acorn

I don't see any pictures or mention of a DB25 breakout board.
You'll need one of these to connect your stepper drives to your Acorn.
The Acorn install manual goes over this on page 34:

Re: Build Thread for Bridgeport Torq-Cut 30

Please provide a fresh report for us.
On a fresh install of CNC12 v5.30 for Hickory I see the outputs in the list:

Re: All axis pause when jogging

Please post a fresh report for us.
Also a wider shot video could help.
In the video you poster we're not able to see the machine or the entire screen.
Also, try jogging each axis from the center of the table; in the previous video it looks like you're at/past the limit of travel?

Re: Using G91 in homing program

G91 is not a valid G code for a lathe.
All G codes for lathe can be seen here in the lathe operator manual: https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_di ... f#page=198
