Unfortunately, Centroid currently doesn't directly support waterjets.
However, I believe it could be done with custom PLC and VCP work.
With a Centroid controller and full access to the PLC running the machine, you can do just about anything.

Posting some pictures of your Acorn and valve wiring and report could be helpful.
Here is how to generate a report:

I see you're getting non stop MPG1 encoder errors.
Do you have an MPG?
If not you'll want to set P348 to 0 and that should get rid of that error.

If they had a custom PLC before I have to assume they need to be using that custom PLC now, which they are according to the original report.
I've asked our PLC expert to take a look at this thread to see if he can provide any insight.

Posting new reports as you go along and change things can help ...

As an example here is a schematic for using a KP-3 and TT-4 with Acorn using 3 inputs:

Looking in the report one can find the mpu.plc file.
This indicates which PLC file has been compiled and is being used.
In this case they have a custom PLC for a spindle lock and some kind of spindle door.
