No stepper movement

I'm probably missing something obvious here, but I can't get any motor movement. When I start up CNC12, my stepper motors lock. When I try to Jog the DRO shows that my axis are moving but nothing happens. The motors make a click like they are power cycling when I hit the jog buttons, but nothing.
I am using generic Chinese Motor drivers and am set to the Leadshine configuration. I turned off Input 5 because I don't have a "drive OK" output on the drives. I also tried to jumper to the common, and no difference.
Any suggestion where I should start troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jaz

Post a report and some screenshots of your wizard settings, that would help a lot.

Happy to help, but you don't provide enough information.
PLEASE follow this:

I would disconnect enables and see if they move. But you don't give enough information for us to help you so that's a shot in the dark.

You have the Enable signal wired to the drive. On my stepper drives, if I use the enable signal, it actually disables the drives. On my servos, I have to have enable working for the motors to spin.

Thanks for all the input. I think I found the problem. My drives and motor are about 10 years old. They are still new in the box never used. These drive are supposed to be set to 35,000 HZ. They were set to 200,000Hz. I changed it to 100,000 Hz and I got some slight movement and they stopped. I can't find a way to set the drivers lower than that. Is there a way to change it manually, or do I need to buy newer drives?
Thanks,
Jaz

Yes it's possible, but I'd buy new drives.
You never said what brand and model they were along with the rest of the information requested

Do test and connect them to the DB25 header. You can also set, I think, parm 186 to a lower number than 100k.
Doesn't make them any newer or eliminate the need to replace them, but may give some satisfaction
