LATHE/PRO/NO KEY PAD????? < VCP running in full screen mode due to Windows Tablet Mode>

HELLO TO AII and to the GUYS&DOLLS at CENTROID and for emailing my lathe pro. lic. Saturday morning THANK YOU...
I also have Acorn mill pro. bench tested and up and running on NO.#1 computer and working OK...

Bench tested lathe ACORN hook up and turn on...OK..
Downloaded Rev. 4.20 boot up and install Pro.lic...OK...
I have a problem with lathe pro. on NO.#2 computer the lathe key pad does not hook up to the lathe DRO. screen...
Its there but behind the lathed DRO. screen...
Don"t know what to do now?????
Any help there....

Looks like you do not have a wide screen monitor.

Check PC requirements.

I check the screen display its on at 1920x1080 landscape...same as computer NO#1 with Acorn millpro....and that one works OK.....
Both computers have the same screen monitors PXL220MW....
Computer system NO#2 has..16GB.64bit..x64 procc...
Intei [R] Core [TM]i5-4570 CPU-3.20ghz..
May have to uninstall acorn and reinstall...
Don"t know if that will help....

You unlocked the VCP (Virtual Control Panel) and managed to slide it to the midde of the screen.
On the VCP, on the bottom, click on the PUSH TO FREE OR PUSH TO PIN. I suspect PUSH TO FREE was accidentally clicked. When it is, you can drag it around the screen. DRAG it back to the right side and then click PUSH TO PIN

This problem all started on first install boot up.....
Lathe DRO screen comes on first and then VCP flashes on for 1 second in the middle of the screen and then goes behind the lathe screen...
I never touch the VCP .....from the start...
I can touch the VCP with the mouse and left clit the PUSH TO FREE..but will not drag...as soon as I release left clit the VCP turns off and lathe DRO screen comes back on...

Odd, hopefully Centroid staff will review this on Monday. I never ran into this one before....

The consensus is to uninstall CNC12 (using Windows control panel) and reinstall it and make sure region and language is set to USA.

Is your PC set to Tablet Mode as this is what mine does if it is.
