when I close the circle of a circle or a oblong as in this example, Intercon puts a move on the circle. what is the procedure to stop this?

Don't forget to cancel cutter comp when you are done with the path, before you move X/Y anywhere else.
You probably want Comp Off after operation 19 in your example.

i thought there was an auto off to the comp.
it has been since the late 80's i programmed anything like this. the pronest i used on the plasma i programmed did all of that for me.

looking at the .icn program.. the comp was never turned off.
i go over how to program intercon and cutter comp in detail in the mill training video.
