Remedy with centroid controls

Post by trd »

I am trying to get my machine to produce a vertical keyway and I can't get the spindle to orientate center of x and y. Tool looks like this / and not this I. Is there a code I am missing?

It's going to take a little more information than that to diagnose your problem. Do you have any photos of what you are trying to do? Attach some of those along with the G code you are trying to run and a system report and we'll try to track down what's happening.
Cheers,

Tom
