Most likely you don't have your IP address set to 10.168.41.1 and subnet to 255.255.255.0

Re: Screen stuck in 'initialising MPU'
Thanks,
I have already carried out that to ensure that the IP address is correct.
When i ping the connection i also get all my packets sent recieved back.
I have even reinstalled the CNC11 software.
Is there anything i need to do with the MPU software?.

Re: Screen stuck in 'initialising MPU'
What version of software were you running before? Was it pre-3.06?

Re: Screen stuck in 'initialising MPU'
I understand the current software is 3.16 but what version were you running before on the old PC? What is your Kit Number?

Re: Screen stuck in 'initialising MPU'
The easiest way is to generate a report but of course if the control is not booting that won't work unless you have an older report. If you have a Console or Pendant there would be a serial tag on the back. You can also take a look at the Motion Control board you can give us the Barcode if you can see it.
Based on your name it looks like you have two kits, both which have CNC11 3.08 or later according to our records, so the issue with having run earlier than 3.06 should not factor here.
Are you running Windows 7 or 10? Please take a look at the install guide and make sure all the settings are set.

If you can get internet to the machine I would suggest giving us a call and one of our Tech Reps can Teamviewer in. It might be a simple setting that they can fix in a few minutes.

Re: Screen stuck in 'initialising MPU'
the network IP address is not set properly or the cnc control card has no power to it.
