I’m running this motor at 220v what vfd should I purchase to run correctly

Voltage is important but more important is the HP rating of the motor. I can't see this in your photo. The correct VFD depends on your budget. You could buy a Chinese VFD on Amazon for $75 or you could buy a good one for $300. There is no right answer.

I should purchase on based on hp and voltage needs
300$ is good with me if it does the trick
