Looking to sell this Mazak we picked up.... shortly after buying all the parts for the conversion, a Hardinge RS51MY showed up..... I just haven't been motivated to do this conversion any longer....
The Mazak is still all Mazatrol but has some controls issues. It'll boot up and all of that. I tried the path of entering all the variables but the memory is messed up and it jumbles itself immediately. There are still places taht can fix them but comes at a great cost. Not worth going that route IMO. I never started the project to convert.
Machine comes with a chip conveyor. I purchased the Oak with all the packages needed to be able to use the tool changer as well as Delta drives (Brake on X axis).
I'll add to this post with more info as I get it. Everything is at my shop. Machine will need to be picked up at my shop. Rigging is on purchaser.
Pictures here when I first purchased and considered going All-in-1DC. Decided to replace all the drives and be done with that nearly 40 year old electronics equipment and simply things.
