Everytime I open CNC12 that window pops and no VCP. Can only jog from Pendant. Fixed direction of Z axis, but at the moment, nothing else works without my VCP.

You can try to download only Net Framework 4.8 and install with USB stick:

Okay, I will make a report and post it.

I tried to download the Net from the USB, but it said my windows did not support it.

Again, I tried to download the NET Framework from USB but said my Windows Doesn't support.

My Report from v4.80 and previous version attached.

To start with you don't have the proper display resolution set to display the software correctly. It needs to be 1920x1080 to display properly. You have it set to 1680x1050 so it's gonna look weird. Your old report said you were running Windows NT and version 4.10 but at least you updated those. Fix your resolution and see if that helps with the VCP.

All I got it. I downloaded the correct NET Framework and installed. VCP popped up and boy what a difference with resolution. Spindle is not perfect but way better. I'll make my own thread, thanks for the help all.
