I cannot do this because the ACORN has been sent to Centroid and they have received it this afternoon.
It was sent there so they can check to see if there was any problem with the ACORN I received.
report backups are in the report backup folder in the cncm directory you can get to them with windows explorer. pick the latest one.

I have asked for a report numerous times Keith so hopefully he'll post one so we can check his configuration. I'm guessing there's nothing wrong with the Acorn and that it was wired or configured incorrectly as he wasn't following the correct wiring diagram completely.

We'll certainly get him going one day. :D

I have been able to get it to start running by using the wiring diagram on the ACORN wiring drawing S14976 that's using the DB25.

That's great, I'm assuming Centroid didn't find anything wrong with your Acorn and that it was just a wiring issue from the start?

If you have more questions or are confused with any wiring diagrams please ask your questions here and we can help you.

ShawnM,
Centroid send me a replaced ACORN with it's serial number about 80 behind the one I had.
They did not send me a message on the problem with the ACORN I sent them - Wish they had.
I have been trying to get it ready but I really don't like the display on my computer display.
Hard to find out how to set the display for anything - not easy to do that.

It is easy to do that but only if your PC can support the correct resolution. Your display setting resolution should be set at 1920X1080 for the best viewing of the VCP. If you would post a report we can see what you are doing.

Now that you have the Acorn back PLEASE POST A CURRENT REPORT from your machine.

Hello 762x51,

We have the results of the Acorn that was sent in. We were unable to find any issue we were able to replicate. We sent a replacement Acorn as a precaution. Below is the full technical readout of the results.

Thanks Liviu, I was guessing there was nothing wrong with the Acorn and that it was a simple wiring issue.
