MSP Pic's attached
please put full size photos in a photo album
here is how.
the ones you posted are some sort of thumb nail and not actual photos, too small can't read them.

Hello CNCKeith
Wow you really packed much in your above Post. I will go through each point you made.
My background is very simple when I start machine installations good set of Parameters from the MFG is critical in my world.
I have yet to FIND a set of what I call Parmeter's in the documentation for my application to go with except on the electrical schematic I/O was included top of the page? Not saying there not there, just I have not found them. No one has just pointed me to this POT of Gold!
I can assure you from the start Centroid and ClearPath was crystal clear this was a good fit. All was well with my questions I asked as I trusted their words and still do.
Where is this published information you speak of rather than admonish my lack of finding information can you lead me to this? I am not doing anything different by choice as you stated. Just trying to keep the ball moving on my end.
"and there is even a preset in the Drive Type menu, click on that, wire to match schematic = success. why make it hard"
Wire's have been checked multiple times as I feel confident these are landed correctly to the print. Have not let the smoke out!!!
My drive type is Highlighted "ClearPath SDSK & SDHP" Steps per REV show on the screen for all axis 1 thru 6 is 6400. I looked up the Parameter for Motor's in the ACORN SIX control and changed to 3200 to match the MSP data. Yet the machine display does not change on axis drive type page still reads 6400, I don't even think it can change?? I do 3D carvings, and someone shared 3200 will be a good start.
Your above Post was very inappropriate in my opinion. "why would you want to do something different?" I am NOT TRYING TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT AT ALL!!!! Can someone please Point me in the right direction, I WILL do gladly what you ask, to achieve a better result than what I am experiencing.
Thank you,
Ronnie

Hello To All:
See data of last control captured Data below.
All 3 Motors turn, that is all I can say with circular_sample pocket program, 1st time. Once I get an indicator on to see how accurate each axis is TBD. With the following changes made. Changed 6400 on the Acorn Six control itself (thank you CNCKeith), changed MSP to 3200 and it worked! No motor's turned on 6400 on MSP on each axis, so I have a solid Parameters list now to move on. No other changes made other than described. There is not much data on Acorn Six with SDSK drives. My original search function was "Parameter List Acorn Six with SDSK drives", I know better now. My last question I see resistors on "Acorn" not "Acorn Six" are they needed???
Thank you all who joined in on this Post! Much appreciated to all for your time!
Ronnie

You can’t have the Acorn set to 6400 and the motors set to 3200. While they may move, that’s an incorrect setup and you’ll see why soon. They must match. I don’t care what number you use but they must match.
Once things are wired and programmed correctly and moving you can mount them to the machine and then auto tune them. This procedure will set the motor parameters for you.
