oak cnc12 sureservo2 error 410 axis X Y Z
Hi, I'm building a new CNC milling. I use OAK CNC12 full licence. Also, I use sureservo2 motor and drive 1.5 kw on all axis. I have follow the TB264 Rev 4(Delta ASDA-A2) to configure the parameter in the Sureservo2 software. I'm able to make the auto gain tuning and save the new parameter in the servodrive. But when I try to do the PID tune in the centroid software, the axis only move approx 0.450 '' and no more. I get an error 410 axis X (or any other axis do the same). I reset and move again close to the same distance. As with the Handwheel, the problem is the same, can not make a long move. Without this error 410 axis position error . I'm able to move precisely the table and ajust the rev distance, but no more than this distance. I'm in the jog mode for the moment, no homing mode. I try many others parameter the suggested in the TB264 but the problem remain same. I enter on P01-44, the encoder output pulse of sureservo2, 16777216. P01-45 = 8192, P01-46 = 8192. And 32768 in the config machine motor encoder input. And 3 rev by inch to fit my ballscrew. Can you help ? Thanks again.

Hi,
As requested, please find attached the most recent report.zip.
Notice the first time for me with Centroid, Oak and configurating a machine.
So, I try my best.
Also, I dont execute the System Test TB327.
I progress slowly to avoid any damage or misfunction.
Thanks for your reply.
Michael
