Brand New WMPG-4 Pendant with Loss Rf

The antenna is 'not' paired to the pendant is that is a requirement. The pendant was purchased on 03 April 2023 but was received without the USB receiver; only pendant and antenna. Assuming it was a separate item, I purchased a USB receiver 15 Feb.'24.

this is your issue.

the WMPG kit looks like this. you get everything in the photo below

the kit USB and WMPG-6 are pre paired ready to go.

if you bought them separate then they need paired.

we sent you an email on how to pair the USB with the pendant

Please ho do I pair the USB and the pendant MPG??

I just received the replacement USB dongle... The first USB dongle never worked and i had to buy another one...

Ah huh... I downloaded the zip file and unpacked it..

Ran the EXE ... plugged in the Antenna/dongle

Got the correct "OK (pound) j"

pressed the ???Repair (nothing seemed to happen)

Turned on the WMPG-4
Connect.....
I then, Hold down [Stop] and [Feedhold]

No scrolling numbers...

After a few seconds... Lost Rf and upper right ID: 3BDD
X T X (..... for the T... read the antenna symbol)
And top left of screen another Antenna symbol

At least the configuration program can see the Antenna and dongle.. "OK (pound) j"
So that means the new dongle/antenna is working..
The original dongle wouldn't ever load onto any pc... beep..beep. beep.beep.beep.beep.

So now trying to get the handpiece to be seen by the Configuration program..
NO luck so far.

Just tried on our other machine (with Acorn and Pro..) Same issue.

I'd suggested to head office (Centroid) that I return handpiece and dongle but they suggested just buying another dongle...
