I install v4.62 on a new PC. I imported my License file and restore the installation with a good report. The CNC machine is working as expected.
The new PC screen is at 1920x1080 but some of the screens in CNCMill are missing the ESC button at the lower left.
Also in the wizard, I am unable to open the screen for Primary control to get screenshots.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Screen display & Wizard screenshots
Have you done a complete Windows update? You need the latest .NET framework to be installed. Your PC it teetering on the edge of not powerful enough to run CNC12. It has a benchmark rating of 1517 and the bare minimum required is 1500. I though you said this is a NEW pc?
I recommend a complete windows update and then install 5.04 and hand enter all your settings. Then I'd recommend a new PC.

This new PC running Windows 11 has a single thread rating of 1517. Your image does not tell me if the .NET framework is the most current version. You would have to run a Windows update to be sure the .NET framework is the latest version.eswakon@eas-eng.com wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2023 6:18 pm The old PC is the one with a 1517 rating. Here's a link to the benchmark page, it clearly shows a "single thread" rating of 1517 for a Celeron N5105 CPU. I'd still suggest a much faster PC. I did not know they still made Celeron processors.

Aside from that did you confirm that you have the latest .NET framework installed? This has a big effect on the VCP.

The escape button will show up if you have touch screen selected in the wizard.
And as previously stated, unselect custom PLC program if you want to ungray the input output selection because by definition if you're using a custom PLC program, these sections are not accessible

Re: Screen display & Wizard screenshots
Ok that explains the missing ESC button. I turned touch screen off. Thanks
