X axis motor trips while running a job <malfunction in the C86ACCp board>

In all of these tests, was it the same *cable* that resulted in lack of negative motion? I know you said that you tested other motors on the x axis port of the c86 and they all exhibited this behavior.

Id be looking at wiring first for sure. My machine did something similar on first or 2nd boot up and turned out i had totally boofed one of the molex connector pin outs.

Over the years I've had 2 cables that have had the 2 interior pairs swapped, but those motors would not enable

I believe i had the black and white wires swapped (inner 2 cables bottom row of connector)

correction, the white and brown wires were swapped which was what made my clearpath only want to turn one way

Just got the new C86ACCP (that I ordered 5-19-22) wired it up and every thing works as it always had. Was a malfunction in the C86ACCp board. Caused me a lot of headache but I learned some more. One thing I know for sure I wish Centroid would make a similar board and sell to those who are using the Clear Path motors. It would almost be a plug and play system then. No need for a third party gizmo. Centroid and Clear Path are top notch. just my 2 cent worth. Oh by the way I am glad I didn't have a customers high dollar piece of wood down when things went haywire
