Well, get that underscore out of your output and you just may get movement from the control

Re: Emco PC Turn 50 ATC issue
Alright I got distracted with other projects and just got back to this.
So I changed out the relay so it has 6v holding the motor against the pawl and then 12v for when it is changing tools. Even with all of that I am still getting the same issues.
When I try to do M18 in MDI all I get is a " press cycle start" and it will not home the turret. If I do the turret index it just times out. I did include a fresh report hopefully someone can give me some help.
REPORT WAS CORRUPT AND REMOVED

Re: Emco PC Turn 50 ATC issue
Can you manually force the output on to rotate the turret forward and then turn off the output and does it roll backward against the pawl at this point?

Re: Emco PC Turn 50 ATC issue
My guess is you don't have a parameter specific to your ATC set right.
I will TRY and take a look. Busy weekend for me....

Re: Emco PC Turn 50 ATC issue
You DID follow the directions EXPLICITLY for one sensor Turret in the ATC files found here correct?:
viewtopic.php?f=60&t=3397
You were to copy all these files into a FRESH install of 4.64 lathe and THEN using your screen shots, hand key in all your machine parameters into the Wizard. DO NOT USE RESTORE REPORT! You will copy the ATC files with the OLD installation. You must start with a FRESH install of 4.64 lathe, THEN copy the files below into the CNCT directory, THEN configure your machine settings in the Wizard and THEN configure parameters specific to your ATC.

Re: Emco PC Turn 50 ATC issue
Yes I followed the instructions exactly. I did it again on a new install and I am having the same issue with M18. Just get stuck saying "Press enter to cycle start"
I also included the M18. Maybe something isn't setup correctly in the marco.

Re: Emco PC Turn 50 ATC issue
Please clarify the turret Operation for the PC50
Does it have one sensor for home and that's it OR does it have a second sensor that trips as each sensor passes under it?
Right now you have it set to type 2, One sensor for home and one sensor to count tools. As the Turret rotates, does the input that counts the tools turn on and off as the tools pass under it (Watching the diagnostic screen)
I thought it was a time based turret. Only one sensor to locate home.

Re: Emco PC Turn 50 ATC issue
Ill switch it to time based and see what happens.
I was trying to follow the instructions exactly.
