I'm having problems with the front/rear tool approach settings in cnc12 4.5 (and beta 4.58).
I've read a few posts on the subject as others have the same problem.

It might be a bug that I reported on the beta 4.58 thread.
But I think I'm missing something, there must be a way to get this working. Some posts hint at it, but I couldn't find a solution.
There must be members with a gang lathe that got it working. So I'm posting a new post hoping that:
Did someone with a gang tool lathe has it working with tools both on the front and rear orientation?
anyone using a gang lathe? (front&rear orientation)

I believe there is a bug. A new 4.59 beta is due out soon...hopefully they will catch it with that release perhaps.nicolasjolliet wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 11:50 am I'm having problems with the front/rear tool approach settings in cnc12 4.5 (and beta 4.58).
