Is because output 4 is not working,, that y i have to switch from oc4 to oc3,, i do not use the mist,, so is that ok if use oc3 for spindle foward? Seems oc4 is not working,,martyscncgarage wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 8:44 amYes and you have Output four set for Mist. M7 turns it on, M9 turns it off. Those codes are in the operator manual.Rosmadi wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 7:23 amM3 is trigger output 3, spin foward, m4 is trigger output 5 spind reversed, is that what u means? So what happens to output 4,,martyscncgarage wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 12:41 am The Input/Output screen shot shows that M3 should trigger output 3 and that M4 should trigger output 6

Re: Chinese hsd spindle
You can test the outputs manually by opening the diagnostic screen from the main CNC12 page.
Alt+i
Second row, far left. cursor over to the output you want to test, 1-8
Press Ctrl+Alt+f that will turn it on. NOTE you must press Ctrl+Alt+f to turn it off TWICE. When back in the normal state, there will be no bars showing above the number. Just the number itself.
You can assign any input or output to whatever you want. Just change it.
Did you hook anything up to the outputs before and possibly damage the output? That's why a relay board is required now....too many people did not understand the outputs and damaged them.

Ok thanks for the advise, i will work on that , i just finish hook up the wire to control the drive,, the wierd is, when m4 s100 is cycle, and oc 5 is power on relay spindle do not run,, and wire for relay oc3 receive 24v also,, is that normal? Or setting on the driver was set incorrect, or wire problem,,

Check VFD wiring. You are going to need local professional help/support. This is becoming far beyond the scope of this forumRosmadi wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 12:14 pm Ok thanks for the advise, i will work on that , i just finish hook up the wire to control the drive,, the wierd is, when m4 s100 is cycle, and oc 5 is power on relay spindle do not run,, and wire for relay oc3 receive 24v also,, is that normal? Don't know.
You can't expect us to guess.
Looks like a Servo drive
