The X axis move surprised me and I slowed the feed when it approached the limit switch but pretty sure it started at normal speed.
Followed the TB155 document and the servomotor checks okay.
Today ordered a DC3IO from Centroid.

As I advised previous customers, if you have several machines or if your machine is mission critical, you might make the investment to have the original evaluated and possibly repaired. Received the replacement DC3IO this morning. Took maybe 45 minutes to swap out old for new. Back to making chips.
