Edit a G Code

Post by Aplus »

When I first started using my machine, after loading a g-code program and pressing F5 (edit), notepad++ would open but now just notepad opens the g-code. What controls this button? I don't remember changing anything.

Windows controls it. set windows file extension type default editor to Notepad ++ for .txt, .cnc, .nc, .dig etc.. in windows.
