Reloaded v.14 and retried the file again. Same results as the first time, program stops in the same area. I am attaching a report, photos and a link to a short video that shows the screen and the spindle so you can see what I am seeing. Maybe someone more familiar with this than me will see something that I am missing.

Have you looked at the Gcode to see which line it stops on?

Can you re start the program, but use the F4 RUN, F2 SEARCH, enger say line 1050 and start from there, see if it passes line 1063 or stops at 1063

Have you run this a couple times and does it stop on the same line?

From your message log:

(1) 05-04-2019 11:33:15 50 Kb G-code file size is available Upgrade to Pro or Digitizing Bundle for unlimited file size

Your file size is too large.
Are you running FREE version? Did you reload your Pro license? What does the screen say when you press F1 setup?

No I have the license. When I first tried loading a file I got that message then went back and put in the license.

Yes stops on same line. When I remade the file and tried before it made the starting point at a different location. That file did the same thing but in a different spot and at a different time into the cut.

I am fly cutting the spoil board right now. Will see how this file does then I will go and try to start that file again at the different line and see what happens.

Ok I just tried running it again. Tried 1050 and 1040 both stopped at 1063. Put in 1063 and it ran until 2087 then did the same thing. Put in 2087 and it ran until 2659.

I have no idea what is going on. Why would it stop at line 1063 but if I tell it to start at 1063 it cuts that line and a few more?

Great questions, but good information.
Let's see if Centroid has some input.
Could you post a fresh report?
Also what version were you running before? 4.12? And the same file runs fine?

Do you have a wireless MPG? As a test, can you turn the axis selector knob to OFF while you rerun the test?

I was running v4.12 before and yes it will run the entire file with no issues. I believe that Keith ran one of the files on his machine and said that it did not have an issue.
No MPG
I even wondered about static electricity even though my vacuum is grounded but ruled that out because I am just air cutting with no DC attached. I really hope someone can figure this out because now any time that I run a file, I am just sitting and watching for it to stop. It did run the file to cut my spoilboard with no issues right before I tried this one again.
