Encoder adjust rpm in real time?

Hi, I have a question regarding spindle acorn control. If I have a BLDC spindle controlled through a pwm 0- 10v driver and an encoder in the spindle, if my driver isn't totally linear (i.e. 0.5v must output 120rpm in gcode and there are 95 rpm in the encoder reading), Acorn adjust automatically this speed to it can perform threads tappers in good way ???

With the Acorn board the encoder will not adjust rpm based on differences between the setting and actual. What it will do is sync the tool motion to the spindle position to allow you to tap properly. So yes the results are good, just not in the way you assumed.
