Known bugs.

1. Lathe graphics sometimes displays the tool indicator flipped front/rear in Intercon and Smart Search Graph screen. This has no effect on the cutting performance it is just a graphic display bug.


2. When Planar Compensation is active the DRO is displaying the Planar Compensation moves (stuck in a debug mode). Does not effect performance of the machine. SolNext build will have choice to display comp moves in DRO or not and default to not.

3. if on a v5.3 license and running v5.4 and have software axis pairing active you are barraged with unintended messages to upgrade to v5.4 (solution: install a v5.4 license.)

4. dc axis servo motor temperature estimation not working for allin1dc, note this has no effect on performachine of the machine/control system, the reporting of the temp estimation value is just broken. solution: don't worry about it for now.

Downside is, after a short time it feels like it was always this way

and the focus is again on more new features not ready implemented.

But if you have contact to users with other DIY CNC systems struggling to get simple stuff working that is implemented in CNC12, you know it was the better decision using Centroid

that is a pro for keeping UI same/familiar/similar with what has been proven to work yet adding new features that feel like they were just there all the time.

After installing (acornSix router/fresh install), updating firmware.

Doesn't want to communicate with the board.
(installed v5.30 yesterday without issues)

3 attempts, it does a firmware update. (edit: maybe not, can run 5.30 without doing an board upgrade)

I have had no problems installing it on the Lathe and Mill with Acorn Six.
