Yeah, the stars definitely have to align for TTS holders, but once it's dialed in, I haven’t had to mess with it again. Overall, it wasn’t too bad — just took a bit of patience.

Just the macro and made about four changes to the PLC to get everything working right. I’m still running V4.8, so I know things have changed a lot since then. I’m using a stepper motor with a Gecko driver for the Geneva mechanism — I did get help from the forum some really smart people here.

I’m not totally sure about the copper side — I’m pretty sure you can find fittings that go from 1/4" PU to copper, or worst case, you can just make an adapter.

Thanks Greg. I am using a similar pulse generator and Nema 23 stepper. I am wiring and bench testing now and looking forward to getting finished up. Thanks again for your thoughts. If you have any other images you have, I would love to see them.

Yes, there are lots of helpful folks on this forum. Uwe suggested machining the Geneva cam from Delrin and I think it was a great idea. When the cam is locked into position, there is absolutely no measurable play at all.

Uwe, thanks for the links to the compression couplings. Man... you are a fountain of knowledge!

Thanks... Richard
