They have a build in regulation for 1.5V and switching down to 1.1V for the last 300 mAh.
5 bucks per cell and 8 bucks for the charger.
I have used them for some time now, no problems, but it will need some time to see if the WMPG will not cut off but show if they are going down to 1.1V
My concern was if the noise from the regulation could affect the WMPG, but it seems to be ok.
A quick test with the SkyRC MC 3000, discharge with 1.06A is showing an alkaline is down to 1.32 V right from the start and below 1.11 at 406mAh, but recovering to 1.44V with no load
The Xtar is down to 1.11V at 1670 mAh
The difference would be less with a small discharge current, but hey, I am not the patient guy

I will give feedback if the first set is empty in the WMPG, but I am optimistic these cells are a better replacement for alkalines in the WMPG.
