Re: Renishaw TS27R Tool Setter

Is it possible to connect without the interface unit? I do not have one. If i need one, is there one that is better than the others?

Re: Renishaw TS27R Tool Setter

I did not see any attachment. I was unaware that there was an interface. I did Google that after you supplied the part numbers. I think (?) I would prefer to connect it directly if that is possible.

Has anyone used both of these on the same machine? I figured that if I was going to connect the KP-1 I would try to connect the Renishaw at ...

Re: New conversion from Centroid M15-6 to Allin1DC

I am in the middle of converting a Centroid M15-6 to All in 1 DC. Much of the old wiring is completely different. I have watched many of Marty's video, and anything else I can find. M15 Encoder cables

Converting an M15-6 to Allin1DC. Can I use my existing encoder cables, without changing the wiring of the DB9 connector?

New conversion from M15-6 to Allin1DC

I am very new, so I appreciate any help. I am converting an M15-6 system mill over to the Allin1 DC. When setting my servo amperage, there are 2 charts, 1 that is for "low power setting" and then the other one. I have 122 VDC coming from the rectifier thru the cap. Is this considered high or low ...
