thanks for posting the photo album, very helpful. my initial impression a.) 1.1 turn per inch is geared for cutting cabinet boxes at 1500 ipm not doing milling machine type work. install 5:1 or even 10:1 gearboxes and eliminate the belt down mechanism if you plan on doing this type of work. sweet sp...
