What version of CNC12 are you running?

If I remember correctly M297/M298 were added in v5.24, so if you are on an older version then the 503 error makes sense.

Pressing "FN"+"ESC" is supposed to switch the F mode on those keyboards, give that a try but it's possible that's been changed in recent revisions of the K400.

Do you have another Logitech Unifying dongle plugged in to the PC? Sometimes the Logitech software misbehaves since it assumes you'll use ...

thanks for getting back to me! I will create a report and post it sometime tomorrow.

As mentioned above, the two monitors are different, but both give the same display i.e they replicate the same control panel on each PC not matter which monitor is used.
