Brand New WMPG-4 Pendant with Loss Rf

Unfortunately, the remote WMPT-4 pendant has displayed “Loss Rf” from the very first attempt to connect.
• I’m running a brand-new Centroid HP All-In-One computer with Mill PRO installed.
• The Wizard Wireless Configuration shows ‘WMPT-4’ and the MPG Performance is set to ‘Balanced Response’
1. The pendant is more than 5ft away from the PC and antenna
2. I’m using shielded CAT6a cable
3. I’m using brand new RayOvac AA 1.5V batteries
4. I’ve turned off all the fluorescent lights in the area
5. The overhead garage door motors and remote openers are powered off and/or batteries removed
6. There is no TV, HDTV, or Firestick within 80ft and separated by two walls
7. I’ve tested the RF USB receiver on three different CPUs all in different areas of the house. Each computer can discover the USB Receiver, but the pendant still displays “Lost Rf”.
If I didn't know better, it's a wireless pendant issue.
Please advise,
Thanks

I plugged the RF Receiver into three different computers and in each the 'Bluetooth & Devices' Settings would recognize the 'USB Input Device', but the pendant would still display 'Lost Rf'

did these computers have CNC12 installed and configured with license file on them?

Yes, CNC12 v5.08 with Acorn Mill Pro installed and responding, but the pendant NEVER showed anything but "Lost Rf"

ok. well we test them before they ship out maybe something happened so i asked support to contact you with an RMA #
we will check it out, if its a warranty issue we'll send you a new WMPG-6 (we don't sell the WMPG-4 anymore)

I very much doubt that "Lost Rf" has anything to do with software, licenses, computer configuration, etc..
If I turn on a recent WMPG-6, with its USB antenna assembly not plugged into anything, I get "Lost Rf" on the WMPG screen.
If I plug its USB antenna assembly into a USB charging adapter (which provides 5VDC, but has no computer or data connection associated with it); then turn on the WMPG-6; I get the normal signal-strength and battery-level icons on the WMPG screen.
It is likely you have a hardware failure of either the antenna assembly or the WMPG; or your antenna and WMPG somehow got mixed up with another unit, so that the identifiers do not match. As far as I know, a given WMPG will only communicate with its matching antenna.
Does the bar code number on your USB transceiver match the bar code number on the back of your WMPG unit (underneath the rubber boot)?

and the antenna could not be paired with the unit as well

The antenna is 'not' paired to the pendant if that is a requirement. The pendant was purchased on 03 April 2023 but was received without the USB receiver; only pendant and antenna. Assuming it was a separate item, I purchased a USB receiver 15 Feb.'24.
