ATC home clamp limit switch - Assign an input in the wizard

Good morning
My ATC has a simple limit switch that is made when the turret is locked back against it's stop, it was not wired in as i was just using the timers being set up just right but sometimes it has not pulled all the way home so meaning the tools are not on centre.
Easy enough to wire in, and i've put it on input 5 and i've checked it works by using the Alt+i input/output menu and manually pressing the limit switch and the light changes from red to green as expected.
Now on to my problem, what command do i assign this limit switch in the wizard so it will check the switch is made before it continues after a tool change.
I read through the manual and "ToolIsUnclamped" seem'd like the correct option, i assigned this, flashed the board and reopened everything.
I left the limit switch off so it would purposely not make contact to check if it would raise an error when tool change was made but it just carries on as normal.
I then swapped NC/NO to see if that made a difference and it didn't.
Any advice is appreciated.
