I believe my usb-reciever module is burned out; where can I get another one? Looks like these are factory programed with tx and rx channels; mine is on tx: v31 rx: v30

Hi,

A few questions, has the WMPG-4 worked before and your issue just started recently or is this a new WMPG-4? Have you tried moving the USB Receiver to another USB port on your PC and then rebooting your PC?

Also as a rule of thumb, you should post a fresh report.zip file since it provides us with extra information about your setup and configuration, you'll need a report.zip file for an RMA as well.

If there is an issue with the USB Receiver you can call or email us for an RMA.

From our Warranty page: Contact support@centroidcnc.com or 814 353 9256 (press 4 for support) to request an RMA number. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to send defective parts to Centroid. Shipping charges of warranty repaired products sent from Centroid to the Buyer will be paid by Centroid. Parts will be sent via same method used in original order. All expedited shipping charges will be at the Buyer’s expense. In the event that Centroid determines that the parts returned were not defective, the Buyer shall pay all subsequent costs incurred by Centroid due to part replacement.
