Cheers,

Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

Re: MPG Hardwire AcornSix Wiring
Hello.
Chuck will post a typical hard wired MPG(s) to AcornSix specific schematic here tomorrow.
are you doing dual handwheels on a lathe? or?
for the Wireless pendant the WMPG-4/6 is selectable in the AcornSix Wizard, easy peasy.

And a Joystick for jog. And axis selector.

Re: MPG Hardwire AcornSix Wiring
Why do you need an axis selector, if you have dual handwheels (one handwheel per axis)?

Re: MPG Hardwire AcornSix Wiring
x1, x10, x100 selections are on the VCP
and you can add a rotary switch that would wire into AcornSix inputs to work in place of or in conjunction with the VCP.
This would require some minor custom PLC programming to look at the inputs being used (wired to the rotary switch) to the determine x1,x10,x100 selection
