Wiring together, C86ACCP, with E-stop, and contactor

Hi,
I have been having some trouble wiring the E-stop switch, the C86, and the contactor together with Acorn's Relay Board. I have seen the system schematic, C86 schematic, and the E-stop schematic but I cant seem to figure out how to integrate them into one.
Any help or rough circuit drawing would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Janvir

You might contact CNC4PC for help with their board -

Keep them separate. ESTOP is estop, C86 handles the servo alarms. I put up a post showing a simplified connection and setting method that retains all features and works better than what is laid forth in the CNC4PC manual

Also consider using the Position Recovery feature built in to the Clearpath servos. If you end up with an e-stop or the motors power is removed for any reason it will return the last commanded position when the power is restored.

Im more confused on how to connect the contactor to the C86. Which terminal of the C86 would I wire the contactor?
Currently I have 24V going through the coil, L1,L2 & T1, T2 for my IPC5, L3/T3 for my VFD common.

You don't connect the contactor to the C86. Have you looked at the Centroid basic wiring diagrams? There's a ton of information on how to wire up the contactor to the Acorn. If you don't fully understand what it is you are doing I urge you to find a qualified person in your area to help you with this.
Here's a link to all their schematics:

Yes I saw the E-stop contactor circuit and it shows the contactor connecting to the relay but the c86 schetmiac also shows the connection to the relay so I was wondering how to integrate that unless relay can have two wires...?
