Dyn4 C34 to C86ACORN drive fault 9031

Hi there.
New to Acorn.
I have a Dyn4 3 axis system which I have changed from Mach3 (parallel port) to Acorn. (Dyn4 ran fine on Mach3 - just insufficient I/Os.)
CNC4pc also supplied the C34 board which adapts the DB25 on the Dyn4 drive to the C86 board via Cat 5 RJ45.
I have wired and setup the system to CNC4pc's instructions but have a drive fault 9031 when I try to move the motor. Motor works fine if I leave the jumper WIRE connected on the NO Fault connections on the C86. When I connect to the N01 relay as per the instructions I lose the green light on the C86 and the motor wont turn as the drive fault appears in CNC12.
I have tried changing NC to NO in the input definitions, but to no avail.
See photos attached
Hope someone can help
Thanks

Bernard,
hello.
wish i could help with the c86...but, I would contact cnc4pc for help with their c86 board
and reset the DYN4 to the factory defaults and then re configure for use with Acorn

Thanks Keith.
CNC4pc havent been able to help citing the issue is with CNC12.
All works as expected until the No Fault circuit is hooked up.
Regards
Bernard

well i can't see how you have cnc12 configured without a fresh report.zip.
what kind of driveok signal in the c86 board sending acorn? closed input for 'all good" or?
post link to the instruction you mention that you are following so we all can see them.

I do not know any issue with Drive OK input on CNC12, works perfect on my machines.
If the Input is tripped error 9031.
ALT I shows the state of the inputs and if they are forced on.

H Keith,
New to Centroid, so not familiar with your support protocols.
Here is the link to the CNC4pc wiring diagrams / instructions. My wiring follows his same colours to enable traceability.

Report file attached although I'm not sure how much history it contains. Essentially in desperation I changed to the DYN4 profile inside of Wizard.
(But still NO FAULT recognition.)
Thanks
Bernard

Bernard,
Hello, can you verify that the c86 board is closing the input for driveok?
I just updated the PLC diagnostics manual there's helpful information in there on how to use that to debug input and output related problems.

The schematics you share Keith worked for me as I was having the same issues with the ac servos I installed. The are Lichuan 1kw on the X and Y and 2kw on the knee as my Z axis. Kept giving me a drive fault. I followed the instructions on the sheet and now no more drive fault issues and everything is running smooth.
This is my first true 220v ac servo, made the jump from open loop stepper to these. I will never us a open loop again. I have to look and see if the table is moving they are so quiet.
Thanks
