After 9 month of torture, finally the cnc are working that I want . It has minor issues but its ok for me. The great battle was the DMM ac servo those servos dont work with AOk controller, now I install Delta A2 and Im very happy the machine run so smooth.

yeah i like the deltas with oak, easy to tune, powerful and smooth.
whats the part you are making?

This machine is 1990 Pratts and Whitney Fanuc Drill Mate . The part in the photos is a throttle adapter for Honda Type R semi billet intake manifold.
