New user, schamatic naming question

Hey all, just got my acorn cnc controller to replace a cnc mill that used Mach3 and an ethernet smooth stepper board.
My question is about the Acorn CNC wiring diagram/schematic.
There are 8 outputs going to the relay board, but is OUT1 on H10 the exact same connection as Output 1 on H6 (the DB25 connector)?
Likewise, is DR1 on H2 the exact same connection as Direction 1 on H6? And IN1 on H4 the same as Input 1 on H6?
Thanks!

Yes they have the same function.

They have the same functions, but electrically they are not "the exact same connection".
You connect to one or the other, depending on the electronic interface you need for the device you are connecting.

I just received my acorn board and had the same question. Per Acorn CNC Installation Manual rev5 11-5-21 Copyright © 2021 CENTROID page 24 the H2 and H3 terminals are for AC servo drives and H6 is for stepper drives. I just ordered the DB25 breakout connector board on Amazon.

Servo drives and connections

I am rebuilding a K2 CNC controller using the acorn board. This controller uses Gecko G320X servo drives. The schematic given for these drives only show the drives connecting to the DB25 connector, can the screw terminal connector be used instead?

no. use the DB25. follow this schematic for Acorn to G320

Is there a wizard available for setting up the Gecko 320X drivers?

The input and output are listed on the schematic.
For drive type you can just create a custom one , Make sure it's set to DB25.
And it works!.

I hate to hijack this thread, but I wanted to ask for more information as it relates to the G320 drives that might be able to help people in the future. I hope that Mr. cnckeith here can support what I'm talking about here. This is the thread that is listed at the top when you search G320 Gecko.
The DB25 connector, while it natively communicates in 5v signals, is it required for communication with the geckodrive?
I have the G320 wired in the following manner:
Terminal 10 (DIR) connected to the Direction screw terminal
Terminal 11 (Step) connected to the Step screw terminal
Terminal 12 (COM) connected to a relay that provides +5VDC on NoFaultOut
I have run some stress tests on the machine and I have not yet let the smoke out.
