Machine not set up notice at start .Machine homes , z+,x-,y+ and notice disappears . Spindle and lube not yet wired in , but disabled .
do i need to get the system test to complete ? Reports attached

Yes, the "installation is not complete" message will go away once you have run the System Test to a successful completion.

System test.out says : axis 1 invalid travel limt
Where are limits set and what should they be set at?
