when homing my bridge port I get a message on my screen z axis not homed 6,305 counts off. my encoder is tight, my belt is not moving, and my sheave is not moving. I was running last night no problem but tonight I start getting this warning in z now it came up in x. I reset part zero in z ran the program and it came up short

The most likely cause is that the limit switch itself is sticking. Clean it up and your problem should go away.
