How to transfer a Mill Pro license from a damaged Acorn to a new Acorn

I had purchased and installed a Mill Pro license on an Acorn board which has been damaged and replaced with a new board. I realize the license is dedicated to a single board, but the original board is no longer useable. I can return the damaged board as proof it is no longer in use or by any other acceptable option. How should I proceed to obtain a replacement license to install on the new Acorn board?

Email centroid, they should be able to sort things out for you.

Thanks Caleb. I believe this should be a question for sales, so last week I called the sales phone number at Centroid who transferred me to tech support and left a voicemail, but there was no response. I emailed
diysales@centroidcnc.com at Centroid, but no reply. Which email address should I contact instead? Perhaps I am being impatient and the response time is longer than I expect for my original inquiries.

You used the correct email address.
I assume you supplied a report and your receipts showing when you purchased?
WHEN did you email them?

Marty - I entered and submitted the report form and sent the email Thursday, Jan 28. In the submission I noted the purchase date of the Mill Pro License. I can send another email with additional details, but I had expected a response to the original email with details of their requirements to prove the original board is destroyed and other information to obtain the new license.
Thanks,
Charles

Charles,
I replied to your original email, sorry about the delay. We will need to know which Acorn as you have several, but we can transfer the License.

AND this is why you have to provide a REPORT of the Acorn in question, with your request.....
