Spindle Speed Configuration Change

Hi, I have changed my spindle speed from 2500 to 5000 RPM via pulley changes.
I changed the spindle speed setting in the Wizard from 2500 to 5000 RPM, and saved the configuration and shutdown.
On opening the Acorn program I loaded the Spindle Bench Test program and followed the instructions in Marty's Spindle Bench Test video.
After taking and inputting the first voltage reading (1.027)I get a message that the voltage is invalid and should be within 10% of 1.66VDC.
Also review section 6.2 and confirm Max Spindle Speed is 3000 RPM??? The Spindle Speed is set to 5000.
Section 6.2 is Run Time Graphics Screen.
Screen shot of message attached.
Any help would be Appreciated.
Cheers,
Bob

If you follow the spindle test instructions exactly, they will work. Since you have set your max speed to 5000. Instead of 3000, none of the spindle bench test voltages will match. If you want to use a different max speed, you can't use the spindle bench test program and will need to calculate the correct voltages for different speeds.

Spindle output voltages are a percentage of 0 to 10 volts bases on a percentage of 0 to the max spindle speed. 0rpm = 0V, max rpm = 10V. In your case using 5000 rpm Max, every 1000 rpm adds 2V. 1000rpm = 2V, 2000rpm = 4V, 3000rpm = 6V, etc.
