Hi guys

is it possible to connect such encoders to the acorn board and move the table manually on a mill?

Nope. Acorn only has a single encoder port for the spindle. You can use the wireless MPG with the Acorn, but if you want dual handwheels you'll need to use either the Oak or AllIn1DC.
