Can't see task bar

Can't see task bar
I’ve just converted a CNC10 running Linux to Windows 7 MPU11. The application runs full screen and will not let me see my menu bar. I have two other machines of a similar setup and they run the application with a small space on the bottom and the function key buttons above the space. How do I change this?
