The first reply you will get when you post a question like this is always going to be "what MPG do you have". Until the forum members brush up their psychic powers, nobody will know what you have there.

Is it wired, wireless, what brand, where did you get it, is it totally dead, post some photos etc etc.

Sorry to hear of your WMPG's demise.

My guess is that it is not repairable unless you reach out to XHC the manufacturer and see if they can sell you an LCD display.
To my knowledge, Centroid does not service or repair these units.

I have not been into one, I don't know how the display is connected to the PCB.

Given that all you know of is the screen damaged, it might be worth your while to just replace the WMPG.

This is from Centroid when I inquired about having my DP-4 given the once over.

Both repair service and swapout components are thoroughly tested ensuring proper operation and are backed by a 90-day warranty. The repair cost for a component depends on what we find wrong with it but the minimum repair fee is $375. The cost for a swapout of a particular component is set at a fixed price and can be found here Centroid Swapout Component and Accessories Price List.

Perhaps this pertains to probes, specifically.

sorry, the cost of the wireless mpg falls into the "not worth it to fix it or stock parts for it etc.." as that would cost more than buying a new one. you could try to reach out to Alex at XHC he may want to sell you just a screen that you could swap out yourself. thanks.
