HiWin Ballscrews, Lathe spindles

Post by martyscncgarage »

I purchased the remaining inventory of parts used to build the FADEC UMC10, UMC20 and small lathe. I have tool holders (CATR8) and a BUNCH of HiWin Ballscrews. All end machined the same, all about 5TPI:
3 lengths (All dimensions approximate):
16mm x 17" of travel, 21" OAL ($40 shipped)
16mm x 13" of travel, 17" OAL ($35 shipped)
16mm x 11" of travel, 15" OAL ($35 shipped)

M25 x 1.5 ball nut blank. I made these to fit the above ballscrews. You finish machine to your application. They measure about 2"x2"x.9"thick. $20 shipped

I also have lathe spindles, A2-5 spindle nose, 5C nose adapters for the spindles(you will need a backplate to attach them to the spindles), and two 5C pneumatic collet closers See pics
For a spindle, Pneumatic collet closer and 5C nose adapter $550 Shipped in the US
For a spindle and 5C nose adapter $175 shipped in the US
For a spindle $100 shipped in the US
Suggested bearing and seal: Timken 30210, Timken 30210M-90KM1, SKF seal 563033 (CR23465)

NOTE Spindles are 11.5" long. tail is a bit longer
