Ok, tested again.
VFD disconnected, no problems.
VFD connected, not running, same issue.
The VFD is power from the same powersource in a cabinet adjacent to where the Acorn controller is. The only wiring going to it from Acorn is an unshielded 3 core cable, using 2 cores to switch on the VFD to run the coolant pump.
From the VFD it goes to the motor via a route nowhere near the Acorn setup.
What's interesting is that it shows:-
9031 DRIVE FAULT!
327 Fault
Yet there is no fault wiring going to the HSS86 drives, so how / why does Acorn think there is a drive fault?
New report attached.

The MPU REquest resend is bad ethernet packet data. Likely from NOISE.
Open your diagnostic screen (Alt+i) look at your Drive Fault input, what state is it?
I think you have a nasty VFD...
What is "3 core cable"?
I would use the digital inputs on the VFD to turn your pump on and off, not power up and down the VFD if that's what you are doing....
