Hello, I have a problem with y and z axis

, i send you my system to repair the error of PLC (show 3 in the led and flashing), now show in the led the number 1 and don“t flashing the number, but my machine have all the conections and is ready to config and use the system, when you send to back the plc I connect but only work with x axis very good, but in the y and z show to error:
power without motion, then the control is working only on x axis, what is the problem??

Pablo,
Check your limit switches and encoder inputs.
Are any limits tripped?
Do you see encoder feedback when you move the Y & Z axes manually?
Is the feedback on the correct axes?

The problem is the fuse, I connect the power part (motors part) of PLC DC3IOB, then burn the fuse of the axis y and z (250V and 15A), I don't know what happened, please, I can find the solution, because I live in Ecuador...
Thanks you

Disconnect the Y and Z motor power leads from the motor power terminals of the DC3IOB.
Start up the control and try to jog Y and Z. You will, of course, get "full power w/o motion" because no power can get to the motors. Do it anyway, then check: are the fuses blown?
If you blow fuses without the motors or motor cables connected, then the drive is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.
If the fuses don't blow when the motors and cables are disconnected, then you have a problem with your motors or cables. If X is running without problems, then try connecting and running the X motor as Y, then as Z (be sure to move the encoder plug over at the same time that you hook the motor power leads to the Y and Z outputs.
If the X motor runs okay on the Y and Z outputs, then that confirms that the problem is with your Y and Z cables or motors.

I found the problem, I have know a good control on the y and x axis, the problem is the PLC DC3IOB, my PLC have burn a MOSFETS, is a terrible problem, but i need get this mosfets, in my country is difficult find the tecnology, and i belive that i have import this electronics components....

Pablo,
If your Mosfets are burnt, there is a problem with the motor and/or cables on those axes. You need to fix those problems before replacing the Mosfets or they will just burn up again. It sounds as though the Z axis motor and/or cable are defective. You will need to replace or repair those components.

Pablo ,
I think there is some thing wrong with your motor or wiring which Motors you are using ???(model no and Brand)
also when you run machine 1st time for the safety set following parameter for the safe side
P61(High power stall time limit) = 0.2 or 0.1 (default value is 0.5)
P62(High Power stall PID Threshold) = 30~60 (default value is 90~115)
It will prevent you from damage in either case either there is some problem with your wiring or motor or slide is jam it will constantly give you "Full power without motion" .
After successfully run the 1st time machine change it to the default value .
