Acorn Hitachi WJ200 VFD setup

this is my first post here on the Acorn forums. i have been quietly reading and absorbing information from you guys for quite a long time without posting or contributing. well today is the day
I saw a cool video on the forum demonstrating the differences between sensorless vector and ct. because of said video i decided to go with the the Hitachi wj200 2.2kw single to 3ph VFD, so i can control my spindle speed with acorn rather than swapping belts.
I looked at the cheap Chinese VFD's and decided it wasn't for me. I didn't want the trouble of adding circuits for breaking resistors etc. Also my place has solar on the roof and if i pump loads of noise onto the line my solar inverters will get upset and shut off until i shut down the vfd and stop the spindle. also i dont want to fry my solar inverters as they are far more expensive than a nice VFD.
I had a search on the forums for a specific setup guide for the acorn and WJ200 and drew a blank.
I haven't hooked the wj200 up yet I'm still building the control box for the machine and i cant decide if i should put the vfd in the control box with the drives and acorn or put it outside to avoid potential noise issues. i guess thats another topic for another day
looking at the acorn drawings it looks like i need to go with the generic vfd drawing S14883 for acorn rev3 and use the following config.
I'm still figuring this out so i may be wrong, but below is my progress/thoughts so far. Let me know if any of you have specific experience with this setup and see a mistake.
Acorn Header H8 Analogue Spindle speed control to VFD TM3 (Lower long terminal strip)
H8 AN OUT (10v out) to TM3 pin O on wj200
H8 AN GND (10v Cnd to TM3 pin L on wj200
VFD Program Settings for analogue 0-10v speed control. A001 = 01 A005 = 00 AT = off
Spindle reset & direction control using relay board Acorn Header H5 to VFD Header TM2 (Upper long terminal strip)
COMMONS= relay board commons c3/c4/c5 go to common TM2 pin L on wj200
RESET = relay board A3 goes to TM2 pin 6 on wj200
REVERSE = relay board A4 goes to TM2 pin 2 on wj200
FORWARD= relay board A5 goes to TM2 pin 1 on wj200
On wj200 terminal strip TM2 jumper plc to p24 for sinking source using wj200's internal v24v supply.
VFD Programming settings for acorn relay board switched inputs using VFD 24v powered sinking source A002=01
VFD Alarm signal Acorn Header H1 to VFD termimals TM1 (lower left short terminal strip)
Acorn H1
Acorn IN5 to wj200 AL0
Acorn common to wj200 AL1
VFD programming settings C036=01
once i get it all figured out i will try and make a nice spreadsheet with all the connections, programming values and maybe even a youtube video.
